Vice President

Rick Henning 

Rick brings over 50 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career as a rigger in northeastern B.C. and quickly advanced to bed truck driver after earning his Class 1 license. Gaining extensive field knowledge, Rick progressed to Truck Supervisor and later Terminal Manager at our Fort St. John terminal (LAND Transport). His career culminated in his current role as Vice President of Mullen Oilfield Services.

Director, Sales & Marketing

Erik Dumas

Erik has been with Mullen Oilfield Services for over 30 years, starting as a rigger at the Grimshaw Terminal. After gaining operational expertise, he became a Primary Estimator. Following the formation of the Sales and Marketing team, he was promoted to Sales and Marketing Representative and currently serves as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Erik is a graduate of the Mullen Group Business Management Certificate Program and a past recipient of the Oilfield President’s Award.

Operations Manager

Michael Kent

Michael joined Mullen Oilfield more than 24 years ago as a junior driver, training to become a picker operator. After seven years in the field, he transitioned to Dispatcher at the Leduc Terminal. His involvement in key projects led to his role in Business Development at our Calgary office in 2011. Michael has played a pivotal role in developing strategic business relationships in Eastern Canada, resulting in several successful opportunities.

He is a graduate of the Mullen Group Business Management Certificate Program.

Director, HSE

Paul Barton

Paul has over 26 years of experience with the Mullen Group of Companies. Starting as a rigger, he moved into a picker operator role and later became a dispatcher at the Fort St. John Terminal. His field experience and dedication to safety led him to the HSE Coordinator role, and he now serves as Director of HSE. Paul is committed to a culture of safety and sees it as his responsibility to ensure every employee returns home safe and healthy.

He is also a graduate of the Mullen Group Business Management Certificate Program.

Tubulars Manager GP

Lindsay Carlisle

Lindsay has more than 30 years of experience in tubular movement and storage. Beginning as a labourer, he rose to become Manager of the Tubulars Division. He was instrumental in establishing and expanding pipe yards, continually striving to meet client demands and deliver superior service.

Terminal Manager FSJ

Rolland Lessard

Rolland has been part of Mullen Oilfield’s Fort St. John branch for 28 years, including 10 years as an owner-operator. Over the past 18 years, he has held roles as Field Supervisor and Operations Manager. In 2016, he became Terminal Manager. Rolland is dedicated to exceptional customer service, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and maintaining high standards.

Terminal Manager Leduc

Jerry Chamberlain

With over 30 years of service at Mullen Oilfield, Jerry began as a rigger before earning his Class 1 license and becoming a journeyman boom truck operator. He transitioned to Dispatcher and took on Remote Project Coordinator roles throughout Canada. These experiences prepared him for his current role as Terminal Manager in Leduc.

Jerry is a graduate of the Mullen Group Business Management Certificate Program and a past recipient of the Oilfield President’s Award.

Mullen Oilfield operates a full service heavy duty repair facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta. All drivers and third-party companies welcome.
