Commitment to Employee Development

A career in the energy industry is highly attractive for many students. Just think, you could be the next “Ice Road Trucker!” The keys to making it in the big leagues is to do well in school, have a positive attitude and work hard; the rest will come with world class training and on-the-job experience — the kind we offer here at Mullen.

As a field-worker or driver, there are long stints away from home, sometimes in extreme weather conditions — and that’s never easy. Being surrounded by nature, the camaraderie of good workmates and knowing you are contributing to the world’s energy needs are a great reason to do it.
